Many of the projects Eby built over the years now showcase the Wichita skyline – Bank of America Financial Center, Century II Convention Center, Koch Corporate Office Building, Wesley Medical Center, St. Joseph Medical Center, the Kellogg Flyover and numerous projects for Boeing, Cessna and Raytheon Aircraft.

Eby's current mix of work includes general buildings in the medical, educational and commercial markets, industrial and plant-related work, historical renovations. We utilize a variety of project delivery systems that include Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management and General Contracting. Much of the work that we perform is obtained on a negotiated basis with long-term clients.

Eby seeks to procure and construct work of all sizes – from the small to the large. Although often perceived as only a large size project general contractor, Eby also focuses on delivering high quality and cost effective projects that fall under $1 million.

Eby currently employs over 190 individuals, including many second and third generation Eby craftsmen. We continue the longstanding tradition of self-performing many of the general trades and we enjoy strong relationships with an exceptionally strong base of subcontractors and suppliers.
