Available Positions

  • Carpenter Trainee

    Employees are required to learn how to work within Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and follow company safety policies. Carpenter Trainees learn from experienced carpenters the skills necessary to complete form carpentry, rough carpentry and finish carpentry tasks. Carpenter trainees have tasks that are varied and challenging.

    Some of the tasks are:

    • Building form-work for walls
    • Setting forms for concrete slabs
    • Forming sidewalks, curb and gutter and paving
    • Framing metal stud walls
    • Assembly and installation of rough framing
    • Installing wood blocking
    • Setting and aligning door frames
    • Installing doors and hardware
    • Installing trim and casing
    • Hanging drywall
    • Installing toilet partitions and assorted accessories
    • Installing fiber-reinforced panels
    • Setting windows
    • Laying wood decking
    • Demonstrating the ability to learn how to maintain and operate tools and equipment required for the tasks, including: circular, table, jig and reciprocating saws, router, nail and power actuated guns, hammer drills and drills
    • Performing tasks using methods and procedures based upon your skill level
      You are required to supply hand tools necessary to perform your craft. Tools include: Nail bags, hammer, speed square, 25-inch tape, hand screwdrivers, utility knife and rebar pliers

  • Carpenter

    Carpenters need to have experienced carpentry skills necessary to complete form carpentry, rough carpentry and finish carpentry tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to, setting form-work for walls, paving and suspended deck, setting door frames, metal stud wall framing, hanging drywall, laying wood decking, installing wood blocking, installing doors and hardware, installing trim and casing, installing toilet partitions and accessories, hanging fiber-reinforced panels and setting windows.

    Other requirements:

    • Know and work within Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, follow company safety policies
    • Work with others as a team. Be willing to learn and share the knowledge of the craft
    • Demonstrate the ability to maintain and operate tools and equipment required for the task, including: circular saws, table saws, jigsaws, reciprocating saws, routers, nail guns, power actuated guns, hammer drills and drills
    • Perform tasks using methods and procedures based upon your skill level
      You are required to supply hand tools necessary to perform your craft.

  • Ironworker Trainee

    Employees are required to learn how to work within Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and follow company safety policies. Ironwork trainees learn from experienced ironworkers the skills necessary to complete rebar and/or structural and miscellaneous steel tasks. The tasks are varied and challenging.

    Some of the tasks are:

    • Rigging, hoisting, connecting, aligning, bolt-up, welding and bracing structural and miscellaneous steel members
    • Cutting, rigging, hoisting, setting and wire securing concrete reinforcement material
    • Demonstrating the ability to maintain and operate tools and equipment required for the task, including: ARC welder, wire-feed welder, grinders, quickie saw, rebar shear, porta-brand saw, cutting torch, chain falls, rigging, torque wrench, TC Impact gun, Hogan drill and hammer drill.
    • Perform tasks using methods and procedures based upon your skill level.
    • You are required to supply hand tools necessary to perform your craft. Tools include: tool belt hammer, 25-foot tape measure, 8-10-inch crescent wrench, rebar pliers, rebar wire cutters, wire reel, utility knife

  • Ironworker

    This is a skilled level position working with rebar and/or structural and miscellaneous steel tasks. Tasks include, but are not limited to: cutting (both torch and cutoff saw), rigging, hoisting, connecting, aligning, bolt-up, welding and bracing structural and miscellaneous steel members as well as cutting, rigging, hoisting, setting and wire securing concrete reinforcement material.

    Other requirements:

    • Know and work within Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, follow company safety policies
    • Work with others as a team. Be willing to learn and share the knowledge of the craft
    • Demonstrate the ability to maintain and operate tools and equipment required for the task, including: ARC welder, wire-feed welder, grinders, quickie saw, rebar shear, porta-brand saw, cutting torch, chain falls, rigging, torque wrench, TC impact gun, Hogan drill and hammer drill
    • Perform tasks using methods and procedures based upon your skill level

  • Laborer Trainee

    Employees are required to learn how to work within Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and follow company safety policies. The laborer trainee learns from experienced craftsmen the skills necessary to support the needs of all crafts working on a job site. The tasks are varied and challenging.

    Some of the tasks are:

    • Assisting with concrete placement
    • Grouting
    • Unloading and loading of materials
    • Demolition work
    • Job site cleanup
    • Pumping water
    • Traffic control
    • Some excavation work
    • Demonstrating the ability to learn how to maintain and operate tools and equipment required for the task, including: personnel lifts, jackhammer, concrete saw, chipping hammers, sand tamps, skill saws, hammer drills and drills
    • Performing tasks using methods and procedures based upon your skill level
      You are required to supply hand tools necessary to perform your craft. Tools include: tool pouch, hammer, speed square, 25-foot tape, rebar pliers, knife and flat bar.

  • Skilled Laborer

    In this position, you will be expected to complete a wide range of tasks as directed by your foreman. Tasks include, but are not limited to: concrete placement, grouting, unloading and loading of materials, demolition work, job site cleanup, pumping water, traffic control, assisting with excavation work, as well as assisting other trade such as carpenters, ironworkers, masons, and cement finishers.

    Other requirements:

    • Work with others as a team. Be willing to learn and share the knowledge of your craft

  • Field Engineer

    Our field engineers are responsible for construction layout, dimensional accuracy, quantity surveying, and ensuring work complies with all engineering standards and codes. They also support the project superintendent by maintaining job site safety and quality.

    Field engineers generally have a civil engineering or construction management degree from an accredited four-year university.
