Envision Research Institute

Eby was selected to provide CM at Risk services for the new Envision Research Institute. When construction began on the remodel, located in Envision’s downtown office building, the area was unfinished, requiring minimal demolition. Upon completion, the Institute now provides 12 new offices, 9 research labs and 1 exam room. A large conference room, training/multi-purpose room and restrooms were also added. A new mechanical system, independent from the existing building system, was installed. Throughout the floor the lighting system contains LED fixtures which allow the tenants greater control. The new suite features a more high-tech look than the rest of the building in order to give the Institute its own identity.
