Monarch Roller Mill

This project upgraded an existing roller mill. Work included replacing the existing cyclones and roller mill with new owner-supplied equipment and modifying/raising the structure to accommodate the new larger cyclones. A new 4,000-cubic-feet-per-minute fan replaced the existing 2,500-cubic-feet-per-minute fan, which then required a new foundation for the cyclones. The roof over the roller mill was also modified to install an approximately 26-foot by 26-foot removable section to allow for maintenance and/or replacement in the future.
