This LEED Silver project incorporates features such as a rain-water harvest system and a retention pond to eliminate storm water run-off from the site. LEED points were also gained from water-efficient plumbing fixtures, mechanical system efficiencies, and a design that allowed abundant day light to enter within the building. As general contractor, Eby contributed to LEED points with waste material management, enhanced commissioning, indoor air quality management and material selections.
